I am a professional male due to work in Broomfield hospital looking to move in from the end of July (around 28 July onwards). I am looking for:

1) A budget of 100pw (including utility, council tax and phone line rental bills)

2) A good amount of storage space to accomodate 2 bicycles indoors (can be a garage or somewhere with shelter to protect my precious bikes from the good old English weather) amongst other things (I will of course be selling/dumping things before I move to Chelmsford)

3) Considerate and generally tidy housemate/s who do the occasional socialising and (this will be a bonus!) who loves cycling as well!
