My name is Michael 35 years
I come from an Italian and Austrian mixed family.
Was trained by Michelin star "Pino Chessari" in the past and ever since i climbed the ladder of success with hard work and passion to my work.

I have been actively engaged in overseas work since this what i wanted in the past to make a name as well as learning a lot from various cultures and earning a lot of new skills. My experience overseas was a fantastic one, it enabled me to earn a lot of skills and meet many great people from big chefs to managers alike.

Now i have the perfect skill and passion combined together in me and i am positive that what i learned and worked hard for all these years will come back double at some point in the near future.
My character is simple person with huge ambitions as well as a great leader who learned how to lead a team from the front lines with hand on operation as well as being their best friend when needed.

My negative points are that, i put a lot of pressure on me to reach my targets which causes sometimes exhaustion. Also i am a very direct and honest person which sometimes might place me in some sort of confrontations but i maintain my honesty as i was taught by my parents even though it could hurt.

My culinary skills is international with attractive presentation, self-signatures as well as working from only fresh produce and organic products. Love to cook special dietary requirements when needed, which i am very good at it.

I would be a great asset to any establishment that is seeking to build a name for itself as well as earning me a reputation in the process.
Would work any place as long as there could be a temp accommodation provided in the beginning.

I be glad to provide huge list of ref from many chefs i worked with as well as be ready to cook any set meal as a test for my abilities.
