I am a straight male aged 31. I enjoy going cycling and I was wondering if there are similar people out there who'd be keen to join me on bike rides etc to get fitter etc.

Been getting into my cycling and I am now looking at going for rides over Hadleigh Downs, woodland areas, along the seafront etc in the evenings and weekends etc. Will start off with shorter distance rides and then gradually increase as fitness improves.

My fitness has gone down over the years due to drinking etc! and I dont enjoy running so going cycling is a good way to get fit etc.
Any level of fitness welcome but must be sociable and friendly.
