The flat is near the seafront every nice codition. im looking for male or female. i am male 54 and haf my partner for no reason walk out on me leaving me to find someone reliable to share the rent, for £500 a month you get a bedroom and use of the front room, bathroom bath or shower with kitchen use of cooker ,wshing machine and tumble dryer and fridge. i have the intermet so if you have a laptop you should have no problems use of the phone and 2 car spaces. if your interested give me a call,no dss but first month up front to go towards the monthly rental.. thank you
