Small single room in family home close to railway and bus stations as well as Anglia University. Full house share of kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, as well as lounge and conservatory. No overnight guests, but dinner parties etc upon request. Suit contractors, 5 night stays, and students. Dinner and breakfast also possible. Room cleaned and bed changed once a fortnight. Bedding and towelling etc supplied.
