This ad is for a dolls house that was made for me by my great uncle so it is very precious to me. Unfortunately after many years of having it to play with and then many more as a sentimental ornament, at twenty one i feel it is time to part with it!

The dolls house is approximately 33inches x 17inches x 31.5 inches.
It is a three storey building that opens out so you can access the rooms. There is a hallway, kitchen, dining room and lounge downstairs, with stairs leading up to two bedrooms and a toilet upstairs. Then there are three attic compartments which are adequate sizes for storage. All rooms are carpeted and wallpapered with mirrors and pictures also on walls.

The dolls house also comes fully equipped with furniture, a family of six sylvanian family characters and all the living accesories such as plates, toys, cups, kitchen machines, toilet + roll, cushions, books, cups etc etc. The house is wired so that the rooms can light up but requires a 12v battery.

The asking price for all of this is £175 which is an absolute give away but i would rather the dollshouse go to a good home rather than make millions by asking for a higher price.
