UNICEF currently have three local groups fundraising in Essex for UNICEF causes around the world. They are located in Benfleet, Chelmsford and Chigwell.

These groups are always on the look out for enthusiastic, motivated and committed people who can help them organise events, attend meetings and events when possible and come up with new ideas.

Each groups' main objective is to raise funds for UNICEF’s work with children. They do this by organising various fundraising events each year. For example, quiz nights, street collections, coffee mornings, card sales and BBQ's.

Each group meets roughly every two months in their local areas. If you think that joining one of the Essex based groups is something that interests you, please email groups@unicef.org.uk for more information (stating Gumtee in your title) or check the website www.unicef.org.uk
