Hello there, I am a 30 year old man with a persian cat seeking a 1 bed flat in Southend or Westcliff, ideally for a long term let. Thankfully I have just got a new well paid job, but - thanks to the recession I was out of work for the last year and it didnt do my credit rating any favours, as going from a well paid job to next to nothing was very hard. If you have a flat coming up now or anytime during the next 6 months (max) please could you contact me with some details please, I am hoping to find somewhere that is neat and tidy ideally. I dont mind paying the full £500 if it will put a landlords mind at rest and if you require extra deposit I can discuss this with you. Not too fussy about where in Westcliff or Southend, somewhere central would be idea
