Hello i am a single professional male 36yrs old and have a single room 8'x9' fully furnished with wooden floors and fitted wardrobes. I have a single bed in the room at present with bedding. The bed has additional storage below. There is a utility cupboard, fitted kitchen and lounge. I have a garage so some storage can be arranged. There is ample street parking and its never a problem. This is a ground floor flat and i have great neighbours. There is free wifi. Im looking for either male or female, smoker or non, but smoking is only permitted on the doorstep. The flat is located in a culdesac location with a large park to the rear. Its very quiet, both during the day and night.
