I'm currently living in Bishop's Stortford, however my single-room tenancy in my house is due to end in December.

Instead of renting another single room from an agency, my plan is to find 1 or 2 other people (male or female of any age) to live with in the next month or two. Then look for a house to rent with those people, and then rent it jointly with them, splitting bills and tax etc evenly.

I would consider looking at houses in Bishops Stortford, Stansted, Newport, Elsenham, Saffron Walden, and other places towards Cambridge. My budget is about £300-380 pm and there appears to be plenty of affordable 2/3 bed houses in this kind of range.

I'm 22, have recently graduated from uni and started a job based in Newport in June. I'm easy-going, clean, tidy, and I don't think I have any unpleasant habits/interests!
