Female, non smoker, over 50, will be working on a project likely for 18 months in the area, commuting from continental Europe.

Ideally looking for a worry free room to stay, for example with a retired couple or elderly female who have a spare room, and could use it for a bed&breakfast type arrangement. I will not have a car, so I need to be in a position to use public transport and not spend too much time. My work location is the Basildon C2C train station. I will normally not cook, but would appreciate beign able to use the kitchen. If I could get some extras such as having my shirts taken to the cleaners it would make my life easier.

I am an engineer, solid financial situation, very well educated, non-invasive, spend most of my time at work.
