The complex incorporates;
A brasserie style restaurant serving buffet breakfast and table d'hote menu for lunch & dinner.
The full a la carte restaurant has been awarded 2 rosettes for outstanding food & service;
Two large banqueting suites catering for wedding receptions, banquets & corporate events;
The hotel also offers room service & bar snacks menus.

This busy venue is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 10 chefs, covering all sections.
