We require a friendly, flexible, organised and hard working individual to join the team in our Hotel, Wedding & Christmas party Venue.
As General Assistant, you will be required to have a broad knowledge of hotel operations in all areas. This will include front desk operations, luggage porter, reservations, conference and events, bar, room service and housekeeping also must have a passion for cooking as we also have a small evening brasserie for our guests.
You should have excellent communication skills both written and spoken, with a confident and professional manner when dealing with guests and colleagues, face to face and when on the telephone.

We are small boutique Hotel that pride’s itself on delivering the highest standards of accommodation and service. As such applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, dedication to their work and the desire to go the extra distance to ensure that standards are maintained and where ever possible guest’s expectations are surpassed.
THIS IS A LIVE IN POSITION. Rochford is 40 minutes into London Liverpool Street.
10 minutes to Southend on sea.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent full time basis.
