Our 18 Bedroom, 3 Star Hotel in Coggeshall, Essex is looking for a couple who will be able to fill the positions of Assistant Manager & General Assistant.

The role of Assistant Manager is a very hands on role where you will need to have had some previous experience in a managerial position. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the business & report to the General Manager, have knowledge of stocks, profit and loss, staff planning etc.

The General Assistant will cover everything from Housekeeping, Breakfast waiter, Bar tender, Restaurant Waiter & Hotel Reception. You will need to be very flexible & willing to work as per the business needs, but this is a superb opportunity for a couple wishing to further their career within hospitality and to work for one of the foremost hotel groups in the UK.

This position is live-in if required with a large ensuite bedroom. The accommodation is rent free with just a small contribution payable towards council tax and utilities. Free Wi-Fi internet connection is also available.
