5 minute walk(if that) to Brentwood station, reasonable sized double room. I am used to living alone so would have to be a quietish considerate lodger, during the week anyway as i have to get up early(i am a bit set in my ways) But also like a laugh and a drink as well! I'd like to be informed in advance (If poss) of any guests as even though its a big two bed flat it could get quite crowded especially at weekends The room has a double bed, chest of draws and bedside cabinets. Also another big cupboard for storage. Inclusive of all bills except phone.
