The caravan is "free" but the site fees of £2800 have been paid already. The caravan is yours. But you can only leave it on this site until 14/01/10. So you have 2 weeks in the school holidays and all winter as the park is open until 14/01.10..

This includes Christmas and New Year!

After the 14/01/10 you can get back your money to put towards a newer caravan or you can remove the caravan and take it to a different park. The newer 2 bedroomed caravans are from£9.995 so it would cost you £7000 The 3 bedroomed from £15.995 (financing available)

The park has a faiground, amuasements, entertainment, childrens outdoor pool, bigger indoor pool , sauna and shops etc. It is very near to the beach and there is another park St Oyseth accross the road which is a quiet park.

I am selling due to bad health and problems with getting there on a regular basis. I shall be booking all future holidays there though as the park and staff are extremely nice.

If it is not sold by the end of August it will just be wasted!
