My client is looking to recruit a Fire Risk Assessor/ consultant to work on a full time and contractual basis. The assessments will predominantly be reporting on the communal areas within social housing flats.

It is essential that you have recent previous experience working on behalf of a local authority carrying out detailed inspections. Knowledge of building regulations and fire regulations are also essential as you will be writing reports detailing precautions which need to be made.

The work will be based in the Essex and London areas, so you must be based within these areas.
