I have a Barnett Demon crossbow, I haven't got a clue how old it is but it's at least 10 years. These type of crossbows were the first compund crossbows Barnett ever made. It's currently in non-working order due to needing a new string but these can be bought online for around £10-£20 and the bolts are around a quid a go.

It's extremely powerful, in working condition, But definately needs to be in safe hands, I dislocated my shoulder when I first used it, due to not holding it tightly enough to my shoulder! That can give you some idea of the power it has!

It can be used for hunting or sport, but I've always just had a laugh with it shooting things in the garden! Haystacks... cans.... even a TV! Good fun!
