This progressive 65+ bedded Residential Home in Colchester, Essex provides residential and respite care to the elderly frailty and those with Dementia. This home is currently receiving very good reports from CQC and is almost at full occupancy. This home is continually progressing and is therefore looking for a motivated Home Manager who can move the home forward.

Ideally you will already have achieved your RMA / NVQ4 and you will have strong home management experience within a residential home. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and resolve problems in a professional and proactive manner. A strong character with excellent leadership and management skills will be favourable.
