ITQ Key Skills Tutor / Assessor

A leading training provider is seeking a Tutor Assessor to deliver ITQ and Key skills programmes based in London. The Position


The ITQ Tutor/Assessor role will be responsible for delivering Key skills to concentrated classes of young learners and continuing on then deliver NVQ Level 2 I.T. qualification, all based within the training centre.

You will be supporting learners throughout the throughout the key skills ( AON & Comms )program and NVQ qualification

Require to monitor and initially assess learner areas of improvement

Constructing the portfolio of learning

Required to assist in developing the program and have input into the process

Adopting the use of interactive tools to engage and accompany learning

Ensuring the learners complete the program within agreed set timescales

To have a valued input into the program , lesson plans and process


Person Requirements

This position required candidates to have previous experience of tutoring / assessing / teaching

Ideally A1 Assessor qualified or equivalent

A proven track record of achieving success within a positive learning environment

Ideally Must be qualified to deliver key skills / Application Of Number / Comms / Numeracy & Literacy

An ability to deliver ITQ to level 2

A high degree of commercial awareness and a positive outlook towards being an instrumental part of this long established highly regarded training provider

Must have a flexible ‘ can do ‘ approach to the job and be adaptable to change to meet the needs of the business expansion plans

A true self starter with initiative and passion for the position and delivering high quality training


Salary for this role is £25k

+ 22 days holiday entitlement rising an extra day for each year in employment
Working hours of 9-5.30 Monday – Friday and positive working environment
