This well established Motor Trade Car Dealership has an opening for an experienced Service Advisor. You must have experience with in a main car dealer, knowledge of the Kerridge system would also be a distinct advantage. You also need to possess excellent customer service skills and be a confident relationship builder, able to advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and targets.

Your Duties Include: -

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs
• Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out
• Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved, whilst maintaining a high quality service to the customer

The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and people-management skills, coupled with a good level of education, outstanding communication skills and must be well presented.
