Professional Pa Secretary (London exp) looking for part time or home working position
I am an experienced PA/Secretary with thorough, all round experience gained to a senior level within the investment/financial sector in the City as well as positions held in the recruitment and local government sectors. I am immediately available.
My experience includes often complex diary maintenance, booking events, meetings, conferences and travel (UK and international), telephone liaison (including client liaison), maintenance of Manager's email inbox, word processing/typing (to 91wpm), office management and general administration to ensure the smooth-running of my Manager's area. I use a variety of systems.
I have worked within Compliance, Finance and Corporate Secretariat departments over the years so am aware of the need for meeting deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, dealing with papers at Board level, etc.
I feel that I am professional, hard working and conscientious as an employee with a flexible, 'can do' approach and am lucky to have built lots of good working relationships over the years.
I am ideally looking to work 3 full days per week, although I can also consider 2 or 4 days per week, dependent on location/hours, etc. I am also very open to the idea of home working and have all the usual systems/broadband access at home. I am very flexible in what type of office duties I would undertake.
