AA Property Appointments are a leading recruitment company specialising in Property, Estate Agents, Sales and Lettings Negotiators, Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiators, Sales and Lettings Managers, Property Managers, Property Administrators, Sales Progressers, Commercial Negotiators, Trainee and Graduate Sales and Lettings Negotiators, Mortgage Advisors and Financial Services.

We are currently searching for a talented, experienced and proven Sales Negotiator; to join a highly successful and expanding Estate Agency, covering Essex and east London.

Our client, who has an excellent name, is looking for a new addition, due to further expansion and demand.

With a good basic salary of up to £16,000 and an excellent commission structure, a company car allowance and on target earnings of £30,000 - £35,000 +, this is a brilliant opportunity for applicants who want to progress their career and can hit the ground running.

The successful applicant will be:

• Dealing with a huge portfolio of current properties
• Valuations and winning instructions
• Coping in a very busy and fast paced office
• Negotiating with vendors and buyers
• Referring financial services and conveyancing leads
• Exceeding customer expectations
• Further expanding the company name

To be considered for this role, applicants will have:

• A minimum of 12 months in a Sales Negotiator/ Senior Sales Negotiator role
• Have a proven track record in Sales
• Be target driven, money hungry and not afraid of a challenge
• Be able to win instructions and have a high success rate
• Local area knowledge
• Have a full drivers license with no, or minimal points.
• Offer excellent customer relations and be well presented, pro-active, forward thinking, highly self motivated and have a keen desire to grow a business and earn money.
• A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
