I am looking for a house in or around Harlow/Romford/Debden/Loughton/Chigwell/Epping and surrounding areas with a maximum monthly rent of 800 and a minimum of 2 bedrooms. I am a smoker and own a dog so none of those must be a problem. I would prefer unfurnished but would consider part furnished. Security deposit and advance rent are no problem but I may have to claim housing benefit for a couple of months when i first take the property until employment is secured.
