My client is a very successful market leader in the restaurant sector restaurants across the Country. They have a position for an Assistant manager within their pub style restaurants which aims to appeal to the market that are looking for more quality, consistency and not the typical branded product. They offer fantastic menu which combines traditional English food and plate appeal with some classic touches.

The ideal Assistant Manager will ideally have some background experience as an assistant manager in a branded environment. You will be required to manage, lead and develop your team in order to provide the service standard expected, at a pace consistent with the environment, whilst ensuring that Company policies, procedures and standards are maintained. You will be required to assist the General Manager in opening this new site and implementing procedures to ensure the restaurant meets the standards expected.

Operating in an “open style” with the ability to drive the business, you will be passionate and ambitious with commitment and drive.
