To support and develop a team of home carers in Colchester. Duties include carrying out client assessments prior to commencement of care service and writing care plans; attending social worker reviews and quality control procedures. Staff supervision, including assessing new carers and on-the-job training. On-call duties on rota.

Staff being supervised work 7 days per week between 7am and 10pm, so the supervisor must be able to vary their hours of work in order that they can monitor all care being provided.

At least 2 years care experience essential ideally with NVQ3 in Care.

You must be able to drive and live in Colchester.
