Al-Anon is a fellowship of friends and relatives of alcoholics. If your life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking then Al-Anon may be for you. Al-Anon is not a religious group, it is not allied to any political or social entity. It is entirely self supporting and there are no due or fees for membership. The only requirement is that another person's alcoholism/problem drinking has affected your life. There are many local groups meeting throughout Essex. There will be one near you.
