The room has been completed refurbished, including new furniture, carpet and neutral decoration.

The bathroom has an electric shower above the bath and will only be shared with the other lodger, as I have my own en suite.

The house has good downstairs space, with a second sitting/dining room for your use. The kitchen itself isn't huge but has all the essentials including a dishwasher and a separate area of the kitchen for your storage space and very own fridge!

There is a pub (which does ok ish food), decent shop, chemist and salon less than a minutes walk away!

I'm looking for another easy going, friendly, professional.
