A Chef de Partie is required to work as part of a 6 person brigade in a gastro pub on the Hertfordshire/Essex borders. The restaurant serves up to a thousand covers a week. The successful candidate will be flexible about areas of work He/she and will be passionate about the food they produce and will be eager to develop his/her skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients under the guidance of the Senior Chef. He/she will also be able to demonstrate a consistent work record and must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary £20K per annum.
