I have a single room available in my house where I live. The house is situated in Harold Wood, near Gallows Corner and close to a large Tesco store. The local train station is on the Shenfield - Liverpool Street line, and it is approximately 10 minutes walk away. The house is in a quiet location, with little traffic and there is a garden. Besides myself living at the address, there is one lodger (Polish male) and he works nights. We are both quiet and responsible people and neither of us smoke. I am looking for someone who will get on well with both of us. The room is a good size, clean, tidy and it has a large modern wardrobe, single bed, book shelf and other extras such a clothes horse and laundry basket.

I would like to rent to the room for at least 3 months, but preferably longer. I will need a deposit of 2 weeks rent, and I would like to see some official ID documentation, plus proof of employment.

Harold Wood is in Zone 6 on the transport network.

The rent is £420 per calendar month inclusive of all utility bills. There is also a wireless internet connection at no extra charge. The house would also be suitable for anyone who is on a nursing course at the South Bank University.
