Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate to rent out a two-bed house/flat together. I haven’t got the property yet, we would look for it together according to both of our preferences. (I have seen some nice places tho)

I want to do it this way because I cannot afford to rent a place on my own but I don’t want to live in a big house with lots of people to share it with. I haven’t really found a small house share being available so thought I would create one on my own;-)

I am looking for a professional female or male in their late twenties- early thirties.
It would be good to get to know each other so please drop me a line if you are interested and we can start house- hunting together!
