Set on the edge of the Sierra Subettica, it is an ideal location for those seeking peace, tranquility, hillside walks, bird watching, painting/sketching and as a base from which to discover the cultural delights of Granada, Cordoba, Antequera, Ronda and Seville. Recently restored to include all the comforts of modern day living, there are two detached self catering casitas. There is a 10m by 5m swimming pool and outside, both casitas have private terraces.

We are within 1 hour’s drive of both Granada and Malaga airports.

Accommodation

Casita La Loma has two bedrooms, two bath rooms and a large spacious living area.
The bedrooms are furnished with quality wooden furniture. The Master Bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe and ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table, large wardrobe, ensuite shower room.
Both ensuite shower rooms are beautifully tiled and have double size showers, basin and WC.
There is a spacious open plan Kitchen / living area. The kitchen area is fitted in traditional Andalusia style with oven and hob. Fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle etc and full range of cookware. There is a dining area with table and chairs.
The cosy lounge area is stylishly furnished with chair and 3 seater bed settee, coffee table, Satellite TV, DVD, games and books etc. There is central heating and a wood burning stove for use in the cooler months.
Both bedrooms and lounge area have breathtaking panoramic views of Iznajar Lake and the surrounding countryside.
All rooms have beamed ceilings. The character of the casita has a rustic feel but with the comforts of modern day living.

Casita La Almendra has one double bedroom and a stylish open plan living area. The Master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe, and ensuite shower room.
The ensuite shower room is beautifully tiled with large shower, basin and WC.
The open plan kitchen / living area has a traditional Andalusia kitchen area with built in oven and hob. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle etc and full range of cookware. There is also a dining area with table and chairs for 2 people.
The cosy lounge area is stylishly furnished with 2 chairs, Satellite TV, DVD, games and books etc. There is also central heating for use in the cooler months.

A welcome pack is included in the price. This covers basic provisions including wine, bread, butter, milk, juice and we will also include a complimentary shopping service. We will complete a larger shop and ensure all your provisions are in your casita for your arrival. All you need to do is to send a list a week before departure and then pay for the provisions once you have settled into your casita. All receipts are kept for your records.

Car hire discount of 15% is also available with an established car hire company which operates from both Malaga and Granada airports. Full details are provided on booking confirmation.

The price DOES NOT includes flights.

Prices start at £40 per night in La Almendra for short breaks and £250 per week.
Prices start at £60 per night stay in La Loma for short breaks and £400 per week.
