M E L Research has been commissioned to carry out a promotional doorstepping campaign for Colchester Borough Council.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our existing team in Colchester in promoting the kerbside recycling service provided to local residents, and also waste prevention initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within the waste management industry and would suit recent graduates or individuals with an interest in the environment.

We are looking to recruit 4 advisors to work 37.5hrs a week - Tuesday to Saturday. You will start on Tuesday 3rd November until Saturday 21st November. (Training will take place on Tuesday the 3rd November).

Applicants who are able to work from 10am to early evening and on Saturdays will be more likely to gain the opportunity of a spot on the team. Full training on doorstepping techniques will be provided and on the services running.

There is the opportunity for extra hours on Mondays for the advisors to assist in the delivery of recycling containers to householders.
