BODYSHOP MANAGER – Motor Trade Job Essex
£23-30,000 Plus Benefits
Mon-Fri 8am-6pm every other Sat Morning

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Bodyshop Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a bodyshop of a successful automotive retailer in Essex.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for ensuring all body repairs and paintwork meets defined quality procedures, authorising credit notes, purchase orders and cheque requests, promoting inter-department co-operation and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for overseeing and motivating your team.
Your overall objective will be to ensure the efficient operation of the Bodyshop Department and deliver a high level of customer care through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour, parts, paint and materials.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

You will need to be a confident and friendly manager with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of individuals. You must be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of bodyshop repairs as well as outstanding man management and organisational skills. To be considered for this post you must have bodyshop experience and currently be in a similar role.

Motor Trade experience is essential.
