Classes are small and informal. Everyone in the class will be expecting their babies around the same time. This creates a wonderful environment of shared experiences where many people make lifelong friends.

Each NCT Antenatal Course provides evidenced-based information, backed by more than 50 years of NCT experience. They give you the opportunity to ask questions and make informed decisions about your labour and your baby’s birth.

Topics covered include:

* What is happening to your body during pregnancy
* Preparing for labour and birth
* Giving parents-to-be the opportunity to explore this life-change in context to their past and their future
* Assessing information in light of your personal needs and cultural context.

Classes are held in locations in and around Chelmsford, Southend, Benfleet, Basildon, Billericay, Wickford, Brentwood and Thurrock and you may be offered daytime, evening or weekend classes.
