hey there, my partner and i are currently looking for a 1-3 bedroom property in the essex area close to rainham tesco...around 30-40 mins away due to parters work(west thurrock, grays, tilbury, chadwell st mary, hornchurch, upminster, romford, rainham etc would all be suitable).

we currently pay £550 a month for a 2 bedroom flat in grays so would be prepared to pay around the same amount per month.
we will need to move by 3rd of august.

there will be, myself, my parter, a new born baby and we also have a pet cat who we ARE NOT prepared to part with so will need somewhere to accept pets.
