Caring nanny needed for 3 small children 4 days a week starting ASAP

Location: Ingatestone (Essex)

We are looking for a loving caring person who is 'hands on' and flexible and has great references to look after our new born, 2 and 4 year old children. We are a busy family who would welcome the right person into our home.

The role will be working 4 days a week from 7.00am to 6.30pm (11.5 hours) at £9 per hour. Exact days to be confirmed (Tuesday - Friday).

The person we are looking for must be:
- Over 25 years old with excellent checkable references
- Mature in attitude
- Interactive with children
- Very reliable and punctual
- Have full driving licence and own car
- Initially flexible with exact working days
- Have a natural ability to care for children
- Speak good English
- CRB checked
- Be able to cook healthy nutritious and healthy meals
- Living within an easy 45 minute commute
- An active type of person
- Proactive in making plans/suggestions for the children's activities
- Assistance with homework and educational development
- Able to use their initiative around the home.

Duties will involve:
- Taking and picking up the 4 year old to school (8.45am - 3pm) 5 days a week (circa 15 minute drive each way)
- Providing freshly cooked nutrious meals for the children.
- Taking the 2 year old to nursery (3 mornings a week) to end of December - thereafter to the same school as the 4 year old January - July 2010 mornings thereafter 8.45am - 3pm)
- Cleaning up after the children - including their room, play area and leaving the kitchen clean and tidy after meal times.
- I will require help with other domestic chores such as food shopping and family washing
- Washing and ironing of children's clothes.
- Accompanying family on holiday once/twice a year and being in sole charge of children if parents occasionally want a short break
- Occasional babysitting
