Our Client has been established for 24 years and we look after a large number of Commercial haulage accounts on Felixstowe docks and the surrounding area with an Exhaust/Tyre fitting depot open to the general public.

We now require a Tyre Fitter to join our very busy team.

Requirements:

• Fully experianced/qualified Commercial truck tyre fitter
• Full clean driving licence
• Willingness to relocate to Felixstowe
• Must speak reasonable English as will have day to day contact with our commercial customers
• Fit and healthy as the work is heavy manual and carried out in all weather conditions
• Must be prepared to work overtime when required i.e after hours callouts/late jobs
We offer:
• Hours of employment - 5 day working week 8.30 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30 - 5.30pm Saturday, for which one day off the following week will be awarded.
• Rate of pay will be: £300.00 gross per week - exclusive of any overtime or callouts that may have been earned.
• A permanent job after a 3- month period trial
• Overtime rate Is £9.60 per hour
• Callouts are paid £40 per callout which includes travel to and from the job. The fitters have the use of a company van when on call
• Holiday inncludes 20 days plus 8 bank holidays
• 3- month trial period
