This is an opportunity for a Night Manager to join the Front Office team of this prestigious Hotel based in the West End. You will have previous experience working in a management capacity in a 4 or 5 star Hotel and have a strong understanding of front office procedures,. You will have managed a team in a similar type have strong verbal and written communication
This is a great role for a front office professional to take a step on the ladder of Front Office Management, you will liaise with the rooms Division Manager on a daily basis and take responsibility for this prestigious Hotel.

Your personal presentation must be impeccable and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and cope with the pressures of a busy front office late at night and into the early morning. Previous experience of auditing and preparation of stats would be an advantage as would the ability to maintain high levels of service when systems and procedures break down.
