As I am moving overseas I need to rent my large, 2 bedroom top floor flat from the 29th of June or the start of July! The estate agents have given me a figure of £800 but I am happy for the right tennant to rent for £780 pm! This flat has been refurbished to a high standard as was not done for rental purposes, I have a 1yr old kitchen with black granite worktops, the bathroom has all the mod cons with underfloor heating!

I am looking preferably for a lady tennant or an older couple, who will look after my pride and joy!

The flat over looks miles of fields with horses in and the large front room has large patio doors which open onto a large balcony!
