About the room:
The room is very clean fully furnished with new carpets and furniture: single bed with good quality mattress and and underneath storage drawers, good size wardrobe, lovely cheat of drawers, etc. The room is really lovely with plenty of storage and overlooks the well maintained garden. A must see! You will not be disappointed.
In addition, if you need extra storage you are welcome to store things in the garage.

About the location:
The house is located in a safe quiet residential area of Staple Tye, with good access to public transport and shops. Staple Tye shopping centre and the library is walking distance (only few minutes)! It is very close to bus stop; with easy access to Harlow train station and Epping tube station is only a few minutes away by car.

Upstairs, there is large bathroom with a large bath, shower cubicle, basin and toilet - very clean and modern. There is also a separate toilet and basin downstairs.

Shared spacious kitchen fully fitted: electric hob cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, cups, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc. There is plenty of separate allocated storage spaces for you.

The rent is £70/week and is inclusive of all bills, a deposit is required. Wifi is also available for £5 a month!
