Our Local Authority clients are currently looking for Transport Planners/Engineers to advise planning officers on the transportation, traffic and parking impact of a wide range of development proposals. You will be ensuring that development proposals provide adequate provision for parking and servicing and assessing applications against relevant local, London-wide and national transport policy. You must have proven experience of considering the transport implications of new developments, a detailed understanding of the planning process and relevant current planning, highway and transport policy and legislation.
