the room that i have avaliable is the smallest in the house it comes with a single bed and chest of draws . the house is 3 bedroom place that get alot of sun all day . the price for the room is £50 per week or £ 200 per month which includes all the bills eg: power ,gas , council.tax ,tv lice,water and broardband internet . the house also has a small garden to play in and if you drive we have got both on and off street parking. we are looking for someone who we can trust as both me and my sister work long hours . we are from new zealand and we are pretty calm and chilled people so if you are interested please get in touch on either my email address or by phone thanks very much
