Our Colchester based client is urgently seeking to recruit Outbound Telephone Interviewers.

You must have experience of conducting competency based interviews in accordance to specific criteria. You will conduct a 30 minute interview whilst using a script to guide you and then write up your findings and recommendations using a point scoring system. You will be probing each applicant to identify and reveal the required skill set for the role.

It is essential for this role that you have experience of conducting competency based interviews.
The hours are 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday 9 am-1 pm. Part time hours are also available. This is a temporary ongoing position to start immediately with a hourly payrate of £6.50.
