Our client who is a leading high quality specialist joinery and interior fit out company is recruiting a Joinery Setter Out / Design Coordinator on a permanent basis for their head office close to the M25 in Essex.

The company has an excellent reputation in the industry and specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of specialist joinery items and interior fit out packages on behalf of leading main contractors on some of London’s most prestigious construction projects.

Examples of previous projects include major commercial fit outs, high end residential refurbishments, luxury hotel fit outs and public sector projects.

Typical projects are valued between £1 million - £5 million.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Joinery Setter Out / Joinery Design Coordinator to add to their expanding team.

• Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
• Proven experience working as a Joinery Setter Out / Joinery Design Coordinator for a specialist joinery or interior fit out company.
• Excellent AutoCAD ability with a very good attention to detail.
• Joinery trade background preferred.
• The ability to liaise effectively with high profile clients and main contractors including attending meetings.
• Able to produce high quality work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

The company are offering an excellent salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience with the aim of attracting a high calibre of candidate. A company benefits package is also available.
