Use of a shared kitchen, bathroom and garden. Dedicated parking space for you. Near to Tesco, and a bus stop to the train station (Audley End, Cambridge is 12 minutes away on the train, London is 1 hour away on the train). Ten minutes walk into Saffron Walden town.

There is a cat in the house so it is best you are not allergic.
Also be willing to abide by house rules (washing up etc.)
