Rent will include all bills, including wifi and satellite, with freeview to all rooms and lounges.

In addition, the garden is secluded and will be fully maintained; with a hot tub due to be installed shortly.

Subject to general consensus there may also be the opportunity to employ a live-in housekeeper to be responsible for general cleaning, washing and ironing along and shopping etc.

Prospective sharers must have a good employment record and will be required to provide references and deposit.
