Job Title: Team PA/Secretary
Location: Ongar
Salary: £11.00/hour
An experienced PA is required to provide secretarial and admin support to an Executive team including the board of directors. This busy and varied role will involve co-ordinating meetings, diaries and events. You will be issuing agendas, minute taking, researching and writing reports as well as typing general correspondence. You must have at least 2 years previous experience in a PA role and you must have excellent organisational skills as well first class written and oral communication skills. Your computer skills must include MS Word, MS Excel and ideally MS PowerPoint and Access and you must be able to work under your own initiative as well as part of team.
This is a temporary role until min/end January 2009. Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm. For more information, call Lucy or Wendy on 01279 758855.
