As part of Recruitment, the FTSE 250 Company, Hays Education is entering an exciting phase and looking for self motivated individuals to join our team in the Chelmsford office as recruitment consultant.
As the core of our business is working in partnership with the public sector (education) we have been given the green light to grow the company aggressively expanding our teams in existing and new locations. To support this growth we are looking for successful recruiters/sales people to drive our business forward.

Skills:
We are looking for individuals, who are self confident, target driven with good business acumen and the ability to think on their feet.
Recruitment requires motivation, enthusiasm and the drive and determination to succeed. We are seeking the sort of person that responds positively to targets and is competitive by nature. You will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients.
Role/Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for placing both temporary and permanent staff into schools or other education settings.
The business you will inherit will already have an amount of fee production, however the role will involve an aggressive new business strategy.
If you are a talented individual who can build and manage lasting customer relationships and contribute to strong winning teams you will be valued and rewarded. This position will particularly suit somebody who is looking to develop a career and develop their skills.
