740J Relief Chef De Partie Required: £10.00 per hour Self Employed. Live In Hotel, Hertfordshire, currently ongoing

Clear Selection are looking for a relief Chef De Partie to work in this small kitchen alongside the temp Head Chef and another relief CDP who are currently covering holidays.
This medium sized hotel serves traditional British cuisine. The restaurant seats 50 covers, there is also a large bar/lounge area. The hotel is popular with corporate and private functions and can be exclusively hired for wedding parties. As a relief Chef De Partie we are looking for a level headed individual with experience in all sections of the kitchen, you will be happy making fresh food and also happy to do the selection of buffets on offer to service the functions.

We are looking for a proactive, happy Chef De Partie with a proven background in producing fresh a la carte food.
